Sweet Treats
With valentines day coming up it might be tempting to taste more sweet treats than you should. Just remember the best time to minimise the effect of sweet things is to have them just after a meal, or in very small amounts.
My favorite sweet treat is Sugarless carob ice pops. They taste like chocolate ice cream without the harmful sugar and fat. Each pop is about 40 calories or less. This is my Valentine treat. :) Cecy
Hello and welcome to my low blood sugar blog. I hope it is of some use to you. The blog will serve as my daily diary of low blood sugar, keeping track of how what I am eating is affecting how I am feeling.
My mother first noticed my hypoglycemia when I was 18 months old and I noticed it earlier with my eldest daughter. My younger daughter also suffers as does my sister and her children, my father, some cousins on his side and his father did too. Therefore I feel that through the combined knowledge of our family I am in a good position to help others.
For a list of symptoms to see if you have low blood sugar you can go to my website which is listed below.
