A busy day seems to usually be a high blood sugar day
Today I was really busy and have only just had time to sit down. I have realised that my blood sugar has been higher today. I wonder if it is true that on a busy day your blood sugar is higher. Maybe its just the high adrenalin and I will feel low later. It would be interesting to know how other people are affected.

I do tend to find that if I think about it, my blood sugar feels lower. If I am busy I do not have time to worry about it.
